Harbor Mist Motel Terms and Conditions, please read carefully.

  • Age Restrictions for Guest Reservations:
    • In order to book a reservation with us, you must be 25 years of age or older.
    • NO MINOR MAY OCCUPY PREMISES UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT OF MAJORITY AGE.
    • We Do Provide Accommodations to Proms and High School Senior weeks! Security Presence will be on Premises. Guests of ages between 18 & 25 can make reservations during Prom and  High School weeks only with a valid Credit Card, ID and a security deposit of $100 per occupant
  • One Standard Car Per unit parking is included; Street Parking Only Additional Cars and or for Day Visitors. Cars without a Parking Tag Will Be Towed!
  • Special Rates may be available, but  Specials Do Not Apply to Groups, Conventions and Holidays stays.
  • Day Visitors are Required to Register with Front Office and Will Be Charged a $45 Fee for Use of Motel Facilities.
  • Deposit is nonrefundable if the reservation is canceled within 2 weeks from the arrival date.
  • For cancellations made prior to two weeks of arrival, a 30% FEE WILL be charged for all reservations.
  • Misrepresentation Voids Reservation and Will Result In the Loss of Deposit & Accommodations.
  • $10.00 Key Deposit is Required Upon Arrival.
  • Sorry, We Do Not Accept Pets.
  • Catering to families with spacious apartments accommodating up to 6 persons and efficiencies for the smaller families and couples. Our efficiencies are equipped with gas burner cook-tops, microwaves and all rooms have refrigerators.
  • A 50% DEPOSIT is Required to Confirm a reservations. PayPal is Now Available via Our Website with a 4% fee. The Fee will be Added to the Reservation balance. A $45 Charge On All Returned Checks. BALANCE DUE ON ARRIVAL. Upon Check-in, Traveler Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card will be accepted. No Personal Checks Are Accepted at the Time of Check-in. All Rates are Subject to New Jersey State Sales and Local Taxes, this is a 13.625% Total Tax. A Two Week Notice on Cancellations is Needed for a Refund Receipt. Cancellations Must Be In Writing. Refunds are Subject to a 30% Service Charge plus 4% credit card processing charge for all reservations paid by charge cards. Deposits are Not Transferable to Future Reservations. No Refund for Early Departures.  Rates are Subject to Change.
  • ONE STANDARD SIZE VEHICLE PER RESERVATION. LARGE/OVERSIZED VEHICLES/TRUCKS WILL BE CHARGED $20 DAILY FEE.
  • CHECK-IN AFTER 3 PM (Please let us know if arrival will be after 6 PM)
  • CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11 AM
  • Please give us a call if planning a group special retreat, or plan to attend convention events. Group and family discounts might be available!
  • Room rates for Rooms Types 1, 2, 3 & 4 are based on double occupancy (up to 2 guests). Each additional person is $20 extra.
  • Room rates for Rooms Type 5, 6 and Deluxe Type Room are based on occupancy of up to 4 persons. Each additional person is $20 extra.
